LSC175 - I was feeling very patriotic yesterday, so I was very grateful to find that the challenge was all about "waving the flag" so to speak!!
I think I followed all of the "4" rules. (My layers are NOT cheating, 'cause the flap is actually the base, so they are all one piece - that's one layer, right??)
I did cheat a little on the embellishments. I had to use the little flower clip to hold the card closed so I could get a photo of it. Other than that, I used my scalloped circle Nesties, star Nesties, a red jewel from Doodlebug and some ribbon. I DID stick with red, white and blue, too!! Used some Doodlebug white sugar-coated paper for the largest star, but you can't see the sparkle in the photo. The red holographic paper with stars is from Sparkraft.
Happy 4th of July, everyone!! Have fun and be safe!!

Who's counting? Besides, I don't know how many people really follow EVERY limit in these challenges (YOU know that!) love the layered stars and the gem too!
