Happy 4th of July everyone! This is my card for today's limited supplies challenge. This is my story:
1. It seems there's a new rooster in town who thinks he's all that! Word has it he's been looking for the chicken coop with all the local hens in it but he must not be too bright because he can't even follow the arrows to find it. You can see him looking a little bewildered here:
2. It might be the 4th of July, you might be planning a picnic, which Fireworks Show you attend tonight, but there's some stuff going down at the chicken coop. A Show Down, not a Ho Down! The feather's are gonna fly!
3. Charlie! Set the timer...I am giving this yellow bellied, lilly livered good for nuttin' pile of chicken feathers FOUR minutes to get outa town!
4. Whoa! Look at those tail feathers a runnin'!That was easy! Way to go Charlie! Your chicken signed worked! And you didn't even use an exclamation mark! Told ya he wasn't all that! Just another big chicken!
5. Lets go see how the hens are doing this fine 4th of July morning.
Shirley (wannabcre8tive) bought her and me these awesome rooster stamps at a stamp show she went to and she thought her rooster was gonna be tougher than mine! Not! Nanner, Nanner, Boo! Boo! Thanks Shirley for the cool stamps!

I recognize this timer but didn't know about the yellow bellied, liver lily...huh?? Your rooster looks pretty tough...glad he ran that chicken out of town...and where do you get your stories? Super creative card, love the little bit of straw you created with the swiss dot folder just on the bottom...and of course the colors, ribbon, chicken wire...it's wonderful!! Nice of Shirley to send you that stamp too!
