I think I've only used this stamp set once before; so it was time to "tug" it out again...hee hee. The windows and sentiment are covered with Crystal Effects, which I don't think you can see in the photo. The rest of it is pretty self-explanatory....watercoloring, sponging, piercing, cuttlebugging, and some serious layering!
