This is for today's Ways to Use It challenge to use birds on our projects. I am still punching out Christmas cards, so today I used one of the Christmas birds, the cardinal, on my card. The card measures 5 1/4 square. The bird image and sentiment are heat embossed in gold and watercolored with crayons and aquapainter.

Thsi si one of my favorite sets and this is among the best samples I have seen using it. I really like the layout and the designer paper and the glitz of the gold ribbon.

Gorgeous colouring!! Love that vintage-y feel to your colouring - so classy! Great papers and ribbon too!! I wish I could tell you that I had even ONE Christmas card made!! Good for you!!
