And for this weeks CRAFTY SECRETS Challenge of Using "BUTTONS and BOWS"

I used versamark and the Poppin' Pastels technique for the bird, using a light and dark pink chalk and teal and black. The rest is pretty much scraps I had laying around...because they were small it worked perfect for this tag. After photographing, I noticed I rushed a few spots, as the music is crooked and his right foot needs a pedicure...oh well! Hope you like it!

This is so creatively cute!!!! Why don't I think to do stuff like this??????? Ok, you've definately inspired me!!! LOVE the real twig the bird is perched on! Nice use of buttons/bows too!!! You ROCK!!!! Thanks for finding the time to play!

This is amazing! I love that you perched him on a genuine twig! Your coloring is wonderful, and the ricrac bow and pearly button are perfect accents! GMTA.....I used music with my bird today too!
