I only have 2 stamp sets with a bird in them. I know the bird is tiny, but she's in there! For good measure, I put a 2nd bird on the HPH.
I love this stamp set, it's retired, but I can't part with it yet....maybe someday.
I used the bouncing brayer technique on glossy paper to get the tie-dyed background. I cut a frame from the bg piece and stamped the center piece with the angel stamp in staz-on black. I cut up the frame, and put it onto the black cs. I put the angel onto a piece of black cs and it is on with dimensionals. The bird is cut from a separate piece of glossy paper, then stuck on with half of a mini glue-dot. I did the same for the one on the HPH.
The HPH is spray painted black.
Joy is stamped with staz-on black onto a separate piece of brayered glossy cs.
My kids saw me make the paper, and now they love the brayer! They have been making tie-dyed sheets of paper for an hour now, with no signs of stopping!
If I get some extra time today, I'll make a card with my other bird stamp! Fun challenge! One more Christmas card done! I just wish I had a stamp that said PEACE, with the dove and all....

WOW!! I am so glad that you shared your gorgeous card. I love how your brayered background looks. It really looks like a stained glass window. The little white dove really stands out with all the color behind it. I can see why you can't part with this stamp.
