A Holiday card in June which was inspired by Beate’s Weekend Sketch Challenge #53, whom I will totally miss her “fun and fresh” inspiration while she is having a wonderful summer vacation with her family!
So, I wanted to try a positive/negative pattern using Snow Flurry with non-traditional holiday colors. For the middle section I stamped on a separate piece of Very Vanilla card stock using VersaMark and Super Fine Detail EP - clear. Then using a jumbo dauber in a swirling motion, I added the inks Bahama Blue and Bamboo directly to the paper over the finished clear embossing, blending the 2 colors in the middle. For more sparkle. I highlighted some areas of the solid stamped image with Gelly Roll pens from Sakura, in clear pen on top of Bamboo Leaves snowflakes and Sky Star pen on top of Bahama Blue snowflakes.

Absolutely stunning!!! Love the colour scheme you used here!! And I was totally going to suggest you email this pic to Marie at KSS ASAP because seeing it has totally moved this set to the top of my KSS wishlist -- good thing I saw whose gallery this was first or I would have had some egg on my face.
