I had tried the Bouncing Brayer Technique ages ago and while I had fun doing the technique, I never quite knew what to do with it! Somehow I thought of fish with the colours. When I fount this stamp set I knew it was to use the piece of bouncing brayer. Using the Joseph's Coat technique I though would be perfect as it let the wonderful colour come through without over powereing. I like how it looks like the light shining through the water. I added in some rhinestones and ribbon. Added black dotes around the edges and photo corners. Perfect card for my husband.

Beautiful! How did you get the colors to come out so well and the black look so black? I keep trying this but just get a muddy looking card! I really want to make some of these cards for a church fair.
