Have you ever made a card from a paper lunch sack? They are fun and easy. These have the added benefit of the fun little tag inside the opening of the lunch sack. All you do is fold the lunch sack in half, and start decorating. I left the inside part of the card blank so there is plenty of room to write a note to a good friend.

This sweet kitty is from Cornish Heritage Farms. It is called Sleepy Kitten, and it is part of the new Tom Allen line of Friendly Kritters stamps. These are just adorable! Go check them out.
To make the individual balls of yarn, I stamped this kitty image 4 times, and then I cut out the balls and colored them. I wish you could see the shimmer - after I colored them with pencils, I went over them with pink shimmery chalk. They are so sparkly, just like the real yarn that is tied on the card.
I don't know who makes this gorgeous yarn. My friend gave me a little handful of this last year, and it is just perfect for this card. Thanks, Teresa!!!
