This card was made for today's TLC Challenge: With a Shimmer and a Glimmer. My shimmer comes from GlimmerMist of the pretty blue color, Snowflake. I always forget that I have this stuff and never use. It's so much fun! You can't see it in the pic, but I assure you, it's there!

I love all the stars. I have not seen that color before. I bet IRL it is beautiful. Love the layout for this card. Look so nice with the stars going across the middle. TFS
