This challenge looked like so much fun, I had to give it a try. But Beth is right; it's almost impossible to photograph the shimmer.
I stamped my moon & sun images w/ cobalt ink onto white c/s and colored them w/ markers and a water brush. The long b.blue panel was stamped w/ the rollagraph and white ink. The two blue panels behind the images were punched w/ a border punch.
I mixed a little yellow dye reinker w/ water and the gold Perfect Pearls and spritzed it on the long b. blue panel. I hadn't counted on how much it would change the color, so I had to spritz all the blue panels so they would be the same color. I also spritzed the sun and moon squares.
The sentiment has two corners rounded then the image and sentiment panels and the long blue panel are layered on the yo yo yellow and attached to the white card. The sentiment is on foam tape to elevate it slightly. The two yellow dots were done first w/ the white then the yellow gel pens. The 3 rings were stamped and filled in w/ the yellow gel pen.
I wish the shimmer showed up better. You can barely see it on the upper left corner where the light was closest to it. TFL

Yes! I can see the shimmer in the upper corner! Looks awesome! Love these colors and images... so unique and they really pop! I didn't get to play because I didn't have the pearl-x. :( But you did an awesome job!

We're all having the same photographic problems!!! It's such a shame, but I can tell this is glimmerlicious IRL. Love the colours and the gorgeous images.
