1. I could not decide which one to use so I combined the two. I am a Libra, they say I am supposed to be indecisive so I try to be!
2. I didn't use any background paper on this card. I made it with the set I am newly addicted to from Fancy Pants called Simply Stated! It took a long time to make because of that. I colored in the flowers, did quite a bit of sponging, stamped the speckles over them, and then cuttlebugged them. I was going for that quilty sorta bedspready look!
3. I used all of the round red rhinestone brads that I had and needed one more for the corner piece but only had square. My thinking was I would fake you guys out by getting you to think it was creative because the corner piece is square. Did it work?
4. I made this card for Shellypoo. Maybe you guys have seen her in the gallery recently. When you do, please leave comments on her cards and this is why: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
If you want to send her a card I have her address.

Wonderful card. And thanks for the heads up on Shellypoo. I was just tested for MS and it was a scary week waiting to hear the results. Thankfully I was lucky and I do not have it. I would love her address to send a card.

Beautiful! Wonderful coloring and embossing. I just love your creativity with the tiles and all the brads especially the square brad for the corner piece.

Well - what that square brad says to me - that this card was made by a stamper (who doesn't ALWAYS stamp on her cards) this stamps to the beat of a different brad - Also - I believe that this follows the obscure artist theory of 'the odd brad out' - the probability that when you use 'hundreds' of brads no your cards - you are going to end up having to use a square one some day.....
Love your bg stamping on this great inspiration card! hope you stamped a 20x20 piece of paper so you can use it again on another card for all that effort!!!
I'll send a card off to Shellapoo this weekend - thanks for bringing Anne's request to our attention - I have always love Shellapoo's avatar of her boxer in a hat!!

You are rockin' that set ... I have used the words from it, but have never really embraced the flower ... obviously I need too ... and this does look like a soft, comfy bedspread ... and I did think the square brad was artsy ... fabulous inspired card.
