I really struggled with this week's color combo. I guess because my mum told me never to wear pink and red togehter! In the end I decided to use the real red DP which is softer and not so crayola RED.
What do you think?

I think it's pretty, and my dd wears pink & red together all the time--I think you are right, it's all about the shade. I love how you did the hemp, and I think the saffron makes it all pop, although I think that's actually what makes this cc hard...my saffron looks a lot less yellow and a lot more creamy, wonder why?

This is really an awesome card!!!! I do know what you mean about the red/pink... my Mother always told me that too! I think my difficulty with it is that the SU! Real Red is soooooo bright. I wasn't home all day and didn't get to play... hope to still try it tomorrow but I did lay out the colors and decided I'd use dp too for that reason. So you're not alone! But I really like how this came out. Love what you did with the hemp!!! Awesome card!
