Made these with Sale-a-bration sets... just to have a few birthday cards on hand. I made 2 of each!

I used the scallop punch for the "icing" and added dazzling diamonds to the candles, frosting and plate!

Very nice, I love the colors and the scallops on the other 2 but I especially like how you did the frosting on this one
