My friend Jessi, the owner of the German stamp shop Stempelbar in Berlin, celebrated her birthday last weekend. Her birthday present was everything you need for a motor-cycle driver's license - she got some driving lessons from all her friends and relatives. From me she got one highway driving lesson, one night driving lesson, and the visual acuity test you need to get the driver's license.
So I created a 3-pages-card: I stamped a little bear on a motor-scooter (the bear is from Jessi's own stamp line) on the last page, then on two other pages at exactly the same position. Then I cut out the bears from the upper two pages, so that the bear from the last page showed through the other pages. On the last page I colored the motor-scooter and the bear, masked it, stamped and masked a Visual Acuity Chart and again created a sponged and brayered background.
At last, I bound the pages with the Bind-It-All and stuck it onto a blue card.

What an adorable card!!!! I love the idea of the Visual Acuity Test in there - it is so YOU!!! And it is so appropriate since she needs to pass that test. She sounds like a fun person; a stamper and a motorcycle rider. What a lot of fun for a special birthday. She was lucky to have you share it with her. And what a great birthday card she got from you.
