Hello and thank you for viewing my latest creation. This card was made with "Monkey Madness" and "Monkey Accessories" stamps sets by Dollar Clear Stamps. I just love these sets...they are so much fun to creative stamped scenes with.
The Geranium layer was sponged with Real Red along the edge for vibrancy. The white front layer was sponged with Glorious Green along the edges for intensity and lightly in the middle. I doodled black dashes on the yellow layer edge with a Prismacolor pencil.
The palm tree was handrawn by me (exept for the palm fronds...they are part of the "Monkey Madness" set). The vines, flowers, palm tree, palm tree fronds, the monkey's shorts the 2 monkeys and grass were all colored with Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits. I restamped the flowers, coconuts and monkeys, recolored them and popped them up for dimension. For the sentiment, I used one of the flower stamps from SU Bodacious Bouquet and stamped it with Versamark on Colormates Medium Geranium and colored the petals with Prismacolor pencils to deepen the hue and blended with mineral spirits. I restamed the same Bodacious Bouquet flower on Colormates Medium Meri-Gold with Versamark and cut it out and stamped the "Hello" sentiment in the center. The whole flower bloom was also popped up. I finished off the card with a satin yellow & white ribbon.
Does this card make you want to buy this set??? LOL

Great fun colors. Like the monkey peeking from behind the palm and the floral vines. Ribbon and coloring are perfect and the big flower accent is a nice touch!
