It's celebration time in Texas and this little cowboy is doing it up right. I literally STOLE this idea from shnye (can't even say CASE, I stole it). Here is her card:
I don't have a little pirate but I do have a little cowboy. Paper pieced his clothes, got his flag off the internet, made the sign on the computer. Used toothpics for the flag and sign. Watercolored his face, hat and boots. The DP wouldn't let me out of Hobby Lobby yesterday. Ever see a grown woman screaming, trying to escape the hold of a piece of paper??????????

It reminds me of the movie Patton when George C. Scott stands up in front of that huge flag. This is the Texan cowboy in his summer denim shorts. LOL

Of course you don't have a pirate! You're in TEXAS for cryin' out loud! Did you steal the tooth picks from the bowling alley? Lol- you are a nut, and I love ya! Nancy- this card is very heart warming. Wish everyone felt this way about our country. Glad you made it outta HL without getting an arrest! Great card.
