After being away from stamping for weeks because life gets in the way sometimes, I was in need of a birthday card ASAP but was totally uninspired. I had DP and stamps I wanted to use but just sat staring at them...why does that happen?
When I regained my composure, I decided to CASE the card on the right for my friend's birthday card. Totally different feel but I think my friend will like it...do you?
Changes I made:
- colors
- DP
- stamps
- ribbon & placement
- brad placement
(hindsight: I would have done the bunny & sentiment in glossy black EP)
I just bought a new stamp set from Inque called Majestic Flight that will be perfect for the feel of Lost in the 60's original cards, and I can't wait to create a set later today. So glad she played the challenge because I think she's ended my dry spell.
Thanks for looking!
