This is why I love the daily challenges. I have grown so much artistically, I think, from the practice and from being stretched to try new things. I would have never chosen this color combo on my own but I like the way it turned out. I guess it's all a matter of balance. Something I continue to study and work on.
I had made another card using stamps from Custer's Last Stamps with aspen leaves in sage and chocolate chip but the sentiment was "How's Your Aspen?" and I was afraid to upload it so as not to offend anyone. I loved it, but that explains it, doesn't it?

I would not have been offended...I would laugh! I LOVE funny sayings, and that is funny! Love your In The Spotlight stamps. Great with the bgdp. Love the shape of the sentiment, sending hugs!!

Ohh.. duh. I'm sitting here going, "How's your Aspen?" Why would that offend anyone? And then the heavens opened, and the light broke through the clouds...
Great card. I, too, feel stretched by each challenge. I really enjoy them for that reason.
