SS Cool Ribbon Technique

My secret sister is INCREDIBLY CLEVER!!!!! Take a look at the cool ribbon tied unto the popped out metal tag rim. The flower in the center is not a part of the tag. It's on a dimensional just placed in the middle of the tag rim. Oh my, I am CASEing this big time!! Thank you SS. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
