My one-in-a-million husband of 18 years graduates from the US Army Sergeant Majors Academy on Thursday, so I made this card for him. The saying has special meaning as he has been away from us for 9 months to attend the academy, and also because he is a strong supporter of President Bush. He is the best hubby a girl could ask for, so I hope he likes the card!
The card stock is by The Paper Company
I'm not sure who the Star DP is by (I forgot to make note of it before putting it on the card, oops. I think it's Creative Keepsakes)
The sentiment is a sticker by O'Scrap!
The stars were punched then doodle-stitched, and some were popped up.

This card is really sensational, but after reading this magnificent story, I realize it has such tremendous emotions behind it. Of course, I feel very strongly, your DH will just be so thoroughly overwhelmed with sees this and then reads the inside. What a great guy you are married to. Of course, we have to remember behind every great soldier is a unparalleled woman!

Thanks to Redbugdriver for the link to this card, which is stunning, and the story behind it even more so. It is a bit late for congratulations, perhaps, but not too late for a thank you to both of you.
