Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

The background is really very easy, but has big WOW factor! I used blue painter's tape and tore the pieces and adhered to cardstock, then brayered with black ink. When you remove the tape, you will have a perfect black and white zebra print. To make the tiger, I sponged over with More Mustard, then went back with a stipple brush and Really Rust to add some shading. Voila! Tiger print!

Forgot to mention 2 things: 1) I actually SCRUBBED the More Mustard ink on, then tapped the Rust in with the stipple brush. 2) You will notice when you remove the tape that you have little 'splatters' along the edges from brayering. This actually makes the finished product look more like fur, so don't worry about it!
