This *Is* a tree, right?? Julia (aka artystamper) issued this week's DDC and asked for a tree for Spring, but we couldn't use green or brown anywhere. So, this is not green and it's not brown...but it counts as a tree, even though it's just the branch, yes??!! LOL! Thanks for an inspiring and fun challenge Julia!!

Yep, a branch is a part of a tree and Julia didn't specify that it had to be the entire tree, so it works in my book, too, Anne! Love the colors; it really makes for a lovely general notecard!

WOW! Beautiful, Anne! Love the image and the way you framed it with all the oval layers! The paper is lovely - reminds me of a painting on canvas! Wonderful coloring!

Anne, it's very apparent to me that you've got a strong solid base of friends here at SCS: Even though I love you to death, I must say you were stretching the rulz a whole lot to get by with a twig! This is a wonderfully darling card, Anne. It's sweet, small and beautifully crafted. My complements, as always, dahling! Lauren

Yup. A branch counts as a tree! The gold embossing is beautiful. Love the nestabilities ovals. The bg colors don't take anything away from the panel, and add interest. I really like the simplicity of this, Anne! Nice job on the challenge!!
