Frost with a Twist: Brayer glossy white cardstock with a light color dye ink, crumple and re-crumple wax paper larger than your cardstock piece, then brayer the wax paper with a darker, coordinating color. Turn the brayered wax paper ink side down over the glossy and roll the brayer over it to transfer the ink. Makes a really neat background! I have just started playing with this technique, but I think there are some great possibilities there. Thanks for the nice comments. I started with a card from Technique Junkies and tweaked it a bit. I love glossy cardstock, so this was really fun.

Judi, this is gorgeous! Thanks for the directions. I, too, have never heard of this technique. You are right, it makes a really beautiful background. I'm going to try it.
