I used Frayed Burlap (Tim Holtz crackle paint) to paint in the sand area. The water was done using Broken China (Tim Holtz). I then added some liquid aplique and also over stamped both panels with a seaside stamp inked with white! The seagull scene was stamped over the crackle paint and then colored using copics. The seagull body was stamped again, colored cut and glued over image!
The top panel is also crakle paint and over stamped with Stampscape water stamp and colored with copics.
The picture looks blue, but in real life it is aqua!
My camera had issues with the real colors!

I love all the mediums you used on this card. It gives it such great dimension. That fish is really teasing that gull. Great colors. They look good from here. TFS
