TY card for my sister Kathy, and the church gals from Merced- who took me to Monterey for my 50th! It was such a good 'girl' weekend. We shopped for stamps in Salinas, had a picnic on the beach, and aqua massage on Cannery Row. The best part was just being with the girls and laughing. Those are special days.
My DH ordered my wish List from Gruffies- and this is one of them, and I think my favorite. I cased this card from Debzi333, who inspired me: Stamper's Funk??? by debzi333 at Splitcoaststampers
Debzi used CE on the teapot and cup, which I thought made it look so real. Thanks Debzi!
The bg is made with the flower stamp from True Friend. TFL

Wowie! This is absolutely darling! I like the use of the CE on the teapot....does bring some reality to it. I also really like the use of the flower from true friend in black on the soft sky.

Once upon a time there was 3 bears, I don't remember what happened to two of the bears, I think they got in trouble for eating someone's porridge. The 3rd bear was a fluffy, gruffie bear that was colored up just right. He was ever so adorable. He had a beautiful, shiny teapot and cup that looked fabulous with the CE on it. Right behind where he drank his hot tea was a wall with a fabulous background on it called "True Friend" and there was pretty punched out corners, too. All kidding aside, I love this cute card, you did a fabulous job on it.
