For todays challenge of using circles I decided to create my own background paper. I took a really cheap wine cork ( you know the ones that are like rubber instead of cork) and stamped the circles on the background with Not quite Navy, Old Olive and Garden green...the rest was super simply!
Kinda COOL huh? TFL

Love this!! My first thought was sponge daubers, but what a creative idea to use the cork. Gotta go get some wine now!! Since I'll be using the cork can I consider that a business expense?? hehehe Your paper is awesome and so is the rest of the card.

Very eye catching! This technique would work great for so many different themes of bgs, -water, bubbles, party,kids- and probably many more! Great work and thanks for the inspiration
