Hi! I made this for Julia's Ways To Use It challeng this week--to make pleats or ruffles--totally fun! I decided to make a windowshade card, like the one I made a while back with a gardening kitty...only this time the shade was much easier to make on account of my handy dandy Scor-pal! Scored the shade every 1/2", hole punched the sides and strung sheer ribbon thru, tying knot at tops. This time, I made it as a chic coffee shop window scene--not hard with this great stamp from Rupa Shevde for Gina K. Designs, I just love this stamp! The *shade* is green paisly's from GB's new Boxer 6x6 collection. I got it at Jacksonbelle Embellishments and that black/wht dotted sheer dotted ribbon too. tfl!

This takes the coffee, dah-ling. Love your shade. ooh la la! I have to laugh at some of your cards - they's so remarkable and so remarkably fun and cute. This one is certainly no exception! I applaud your ability to figure out the scor pal for the pleats: I tried twice to do this same concept and you should see how wonderfully awlful they came out! I guess, when I need shades, I'll just have to admire yours from a cyber distance. Terribly creative, dah-ling. Simply love it.
