Glad you liked it!
I learned the technique from LunarLana (Faux Mother of Pearl). I mixed Lumiere with Gold Aztec Pearl Ex. Then I wadded up a piece of Saran Wrap, dipped it in the Lumiere mixture and dabbed it on glossy cardstock - as much or little gold color you want to show. Then when it was almost dry, I lightly sponged on Not Quite Navy.
Actually, I played with this technique a little and found you got a little different look if you sponged the Not Quite Navy on first and then the Luminere. I also sponged the Not Quite Navy on the Luminere when it was still wet - lightly! It was really quite easy and tons of possibilities!! Have fun
Someone said they had also used the Lumiere alone with nothing added to it for a different background look.
