I think this sketch would work for a wide variety of stamp sets; I had a bunch of different ideas but True Friend won out. I even used one of my rhinestone brads that I've been hoarding for a year
Maybe I should have decorated the stripey panel a little more...didn't think of it till it was already stuck down. Anyway, this might be the card I send to my brother and SIL, they're buying a house and should be moving in at the beginning of May. This works for a housewarming card, right?

I know what you mean about the brad - I only have a few rhinestone brads left in my stash and I am so particular about how I use them - having said that - I think you made a worthy sacrifice
