I had so much fun making this card! A friend here on SCS referred to altering,so I felt like a challenge. I started off using the Faux Linen technique for my first time!! What fun! I took it further by really working with the paper by antiquing, scratching adding more color layer after layer, then added a s tamped script in linen distress ink, until I was tickled with it, if I say so myself! Then I cut out the flowers from the DP I had by Bo-Bunny Press. I antiqued the first layer and glued it down(It was a corner piece from the DP). Then I cut out more flowers and lightly antiqued them and added Dimensional Magic to the veining for highlights. I used DP that has the script and postal mark with a little inking to the edges, then finally w/ the left over faux linen paper I played with more coloring, layered it and added the brads. Used the 3-D dots to add the flowers with DM added to veins. oh and some ribbon that was white that I inked to match my colors! What do you think?
