I made this for a swap I am in. I spent all day on it, and still am not totally happy with the design. But I refuse to change it anymore! (Until, of course, I make the rest of the cards, lol).
I started out with a different focal image in mind. And a different color scheme. I did not have enough dp to make all the cards, so that design went out the window. I then chose this color scheme, and figured I'd *make* my own dp. The white panel was originally glossy white, with a polished stone bg (used barely banana and pretty in pink). But after I made them, cut them, and cuttlebugged them, I decided they weren't right. So into the scrap pile they went! Then I had the lightbulb moment to do the reverse of the pink panel - duh.
Next for the main image. I had my heart set on using this massive butterfly from Inkadinkado. Of course, though, it just did not look right - and I tried it in a million different colors. I finally settled on this bird (also an Inka stamp) and used Brilliance Rocket Red Gold to stamp it.
I added some yellow and cream primas, and called it quits. Before all my supplies went in the trash! I am really pleased with the craft white on the pretty in pink - it looks lovely irl.

Terrific card! Great job with your ''designer paper.'' I really like how you used one of the little Primas like the ones at the top left for the center of the big Prima at the bottom right.
