I did this card for a friend's daughter's wedding shower - and the first try just didn't pop the way I wanted it too.
In the second version, I used my black Stampin' Writer to emphasize the dots in the swirls, and added Stickles to points in the swirls to make it sparkle.
I used the a Cuttlebug and scalloped circle Nestability on pink polka-dot paper, with black dots added, then did the dahlia fold technique to create the bouquet "holder". The flowers from the SU! Pretties Kit are painted the flowers using the watercolor crayons and an aqua painter. I added pearl centers and Stickles for sparkle.
I embossed the Bride to Be stamp with "Psychedelic" embossing powder from Judykins, and painted the picture with watercolor crayons.

Great more is more cards! WOW, I love the difference a little bit more makes! The sparkle and the dots really pop, and the watercoloured sentiment really adds! They are both great cards, showing quick and elaborate, and we all need both depending on the day!

Wow! These are both so gorgeous!! LOVE them both, but the stepped up version is awesome! LOVE all the glitz you added, and the dahlia fold is fabulous! TFS!!
