Made this for my son's 1st Grade teacher as an end of the year gift. I used pencils for the stems of each flower. I have to thank the BCBW girls because we had an Easter Egg swap (fill a plastic easter egg with embellishments) and most of the flower embellishments came from that swap. Als, found 4 clothes pin clips (clipped to the side of the flower pot) that had flowers on them, and made two paper clip bookmarks (they are towards the front with butterflies on them) The butterflies came from the $1 place at Michaels. The ribbon was on clearance at Mikes for .50 a roll...and the pot was 1/2 off. I don't think I spent more than $20 for this gift....probably closer to $10-15.

Well how fun is this!?!? What a neat gift idea. Ever so practical and she can use the whole thing over and over and over and over, (I think you get the idea!!) You do have a knack for the 3-D things Beth!
