I love making my own background paper but just don't do it as often as I use to. Let's face it, there are SO MANY amazing DSP's out today. It's incredible! And with all the fun sales places have, that's the one thing I usually go for... more paper (like I really need it!)
So for today's Limited Supplies Challenge, Jen suggest we use our very own Designer Series Papers. Ya know... make'm ourselves. Fun! GREAT challenge, Jen! Thanks!
I used a flower border image from a retired SU! set. I can't even remember the name. I liked the flowers more than any of the other images (seems to me they were phrases or verses) so I saved the flowers and gave the others away.
I also included this week's Sketch Challenge which encouraged us to utilize our ovals. On my first SC card I didn't realize we were suppose to TILT the oval. IKES! (Sometimes my brain sees only what it wants to see, KWIM?) So here is my second try!
You can't see it well in the photo but there is a little black ant sneaking in the lower left-hand corner. I love using this set and placing a tiny bug here or there... kind-of like and "I SPY" thing. :-)

Truly cute as a bug. Great job on your background strip.
