I made this card for today's ways to use it challenge. The challenge was to use eyelets thinking up new ideas that we don't usually do. So this really got me thinking outside the box, because I generally use my eyelets in corners or for the center of flowers.
Yeah...it's a Christmas card I know, but the only large eyelets I have are reds ones, so I took my red eyelets and went on from there.
I used the background stamp 'Word Search' and I actually had to stamp it twice. I stamped it once which is the bottom layer and them I stamped it again to create a top layer that I could use to adhere my eyelets on. I'm so glad for my crop-a-dile it zipped through those eyelets like nothing. Just in case you couldn't see it well in my picture, the eyelets circle the letters for the words 'Happy Holidays'.
The pattern paper is SU paper and the ribbon is from Offray.
