Oh Happy Day- just reloading this one since it went "poof" sometime since yesterday. Sorry I lost some comments... have renamed so it should be here to stay unless someone else named their card "CC161-mytime_inspired_happyday_rubon_by_Kristin_moore.jp g"- think I'm safe?!!
So this was for yesterday's color challenge and it was tough for me. Oops, it was for Tuesday's color challenge. I thought about it for a day before I could start. I decided to copy a really neat card by MyTime (Lauren Meader) that I'm afraid is on my PC, but I can't find anywhere else. Trust me, it is beautiful with tans and reds and pinks and flowers. I copied the layout entirely, but that's all.
I believe I mentioned before that I used naturals ivory cardstock instead of white and am now regretting that. However, the dots in the red Cerise paper seem to be just a bit off-white making it difficult... Anyway, the rub-on is from the SAB pack Love & Happiness (I believe it was called). I did the white dots with the gel pen. The green flower is the scallop punch just cut in at every scallop (CASED that part from Lauren as well!). Everything here is Stampin' Up except the large red snaps which are from Making Memories. TFL (again!)

great color challenge card. I was so afraid of this combo, something about glorious green just turned me off, but you made it look oh, so good! love the layout and the cutting in tip with the scallop punch looks great!
