I loved this easy sketch! For the background, I did a modified polished stone technique. At the Auntie Amy booth at the recent Heirloom's convention here, they taught me this technique using some of their felt flowers. You ink up the felt flowers with alcohol inks just like you do the regular felt applicators and pounce it on your glossy card stock leaving some white space between the flowers. Well, I thought, why buy flowers when I have a Cuttlebug? So I die cut some (broke my B plate in the process) and they worked perfectly for this. This particular background is 3rd generation (the first 2 are a lot darker). The attached flower next to "thank you" is the felt flower I used for the polished stone. I thought it would make a great embellishment for the card.
