Real Glorious Navy...it's not just for gnomes anymore!
Ok, so after I thought about the color combo for a minute I decided to go with a hula theme This card looks better IRL I think; I stamped the dancers in Night of Navy ink and then used Prismacolors to color in the flowers, ground, and their skin. The colors are brighter on that IRL, and in the pic you can't hardly see the red tone-on-tone hibiscus flower next to the Aloha. Well, anyway, here it is.
ETA: I took another photo this morning, so now hopefully you can see the colors on the hula dancers better. I think it's funny that all three dancers have belly buttons

I see it, I see it, I love the red on red hibiscus...great idea to do Hula...I should have gone there since I am getting ready for a luau in a few weeks and just bought a bunch of leis and stuff today...wait, I don't have that stamp set, sigh...great idea and great card, Christy!

I LOVE it...great job on the hula theme...your layout DOES make me think of one of those Hawaiian shirts...and I think I have seen this color combo on quite a few!! The Aloha, the flower, the leaves, the dancers, yay fun card!!

Christy, this stamp set really works with today's Color Challenge! I love the palm tree leaves and flower blossom stamped tone-on-tone..and those hippy chicks are fab in navy! Cute card!
