This my second sketch challenge submission. I needed a card for a lady who's had a masectomy. I heat embossed the butterfly in a combination of black and gold ep and cut it out. I used watercolor crayons to color the butterfly, then applied Gamsol over the top. I was looking for shine. It worked great plus gave the wings enough body that I could bend them nicely. I didn't have any DP that matched but I had just picked up some vellum stickers from my local DS so applied those randomly on the Certainly Celery to create my own. istressed the edges with scissors (need one of those cool tools). Sponged each layer with SU Basic Black. Stuck the butterfly on with that fab 1/8" Scor-Tape. Hope I followed all the rules. TFL!

Boy is that a tender beautiful card!! The colors are very pretty. Your butterfly is gorgeous. I was thankful to see the sentiment this morning. I need God's loving tender care, and am thankful that he knows my needs.
