And here's the outside of my card I designed for the Guest Designer Challenge!
I used the pattern from the Wednesday tutorial for a Flap Card, and used a large brad with a Velcro closure.
I inked the (formerly yellow) brad with Versamagic Jumbo Java ink, dipped it in clear embossing powder and heat set. Then I stamped the "chips" on the brad with Staz-On Cotton White. I punched out 5/8" circles from the opposite side of my Bo Bunny paper, stamped the circles with the chocolate chips, and used them to create a scalloped edge on my flap!
My sister and I don't communicate terribly often, but I was really pleasantly surprised to receive a call from her on Easter Day! She's not usually so sentimental, so I think I'll send this to her to say thanks!
Ink: Versamagic Jumbo Java, Staz-On White Cotton, Copic marker (to color the kiss)
Accessories: brown grosgrain - American Crafts, scalloped circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch - SU!, 5/8" circle punch - EK Success, brown brad - Hot Off the Press, clear embossing powder, dimensionals
