My personal planner used to have a boring orange cover, but no more! I started playing around at my craft table and this is the final product. It's much more "me" now!
This scrapbook paper is one of my favorites- I also recently used it on some swap cards.

Paper: striped scrapbook paper from "Magnolia" pad by My Mind's Eye
Accessories: hunter green puffy paint, chipboard letters from the $1 rack at JoAnn's; flower & scallop punches by SU; tags were purchased on eBay, but I believe they are also done with SU punches
Techniques: Sit down at the craft table and keep playing around until you like it. ;)
