This is for today's technique challenge which was paper tole--popping up layers. The scalloped layers are pop dotted up and the flower in the foreground is popped up on top of that. Oops, just realized I wasn't supposed to use flowers. Sorry, hope you all don't mind. The sky and ground are brayered on with different shades of green and blue. The main stem of the flower is from Mixed Boquet. It's also outlined in a glitter pen, but the sparkle doesn't show in the photo. TFL
