Hi! This card was made for today's Ways to Use It Challenge: Just Spray It. We were allowed to use any sort of spray, including hairspray...
So, I used my water SPRAY bottle and a scrap piece of glossy and a piece of Whisper White paper to create this background and the sentiment background.
I sprayed water onto the glossy and then dripped several reinker drops in Cameo Coral, Groovy Guava and Certainly Celery onto the wet glossy. Then, I SMASHED the Whisper White onto the Glossy and pulled the two apart. The Whisper White was then dried with the Heat Tool and the Glossy is now filed neatly in my GARBAGE can! LOL!
The feature flower is a combo of two Stampin' Up! flowers...It's the stem of the Bloomin' Beautiful flower and the head of the smallest flower on the Riot of Petals background stamp! I really got creative today...Or crazy, you choose! LOL!
The ribbon is two ribbons layered. I bought them both while on vacation last summer at the Offray Outlet in Hagerstown....
I added dots with a Stampin' Up! marker.
This card was made for one of my SCS friends who has been by my cyber side through this HORRIBLE ordeal with my family! There is news, and it's on my blog...
