One of my friends on the PIF board issued a color challenge on her blog. The challenge: to go to the SU color combo site, which if you don't know about you should so totally check out! You can visit it here:http://www.scraptitude.com/colorcombo/
But anyway the challenge was to go to that site and hit the suprise me button and then make a card with the colors it gave you! YIPES! Anyone who knows me very well KNOWS I have issues with color! So this was a major challenge for me to use this many colors let alone together. The colors it came up with for me to use were: kraft, purely pomagranete, night of navy, pumpkin pie, and mellow moss! Oh and did I mention I don't particularly care for orange?! I think it turned out decent considering. I had to find a starting place so I found a sketch challenge that would work! I used a kraft base with a night of navy strip with the three colors on it the images are stamped in versamark then the large flower I stamped once in purely pom on kraft, versamark on purely pom and mellow moss and I cut them out and layered them and then used the round one that fits perfectly on build a brad and perfectly in the middle of the flower! Hmmm think that was planned? Anyways there it is don't know if anyone would want to recieve it in the mail but I did it!
Are you up for the challenge? See deets and say hi to Tami here :http://journeyoflifetamijo.blogspot.com/
