I saw a wonderful card last week that gave me the idea for this card and it's for the IC challenge. I couldn't find the card to give credit to the person that made the seaweed BG using rubber bands and the brayer. Her card was so neat! The BG was done with thyme, wasabi, river rock and soft sky inks on whisper white. Cut out the oval frame, made the bubble BG, attached the acetate window, and made the polyshrink shells to go in with the sand. The outer shells were stamped on some old pieces of shaving cream paper and embossed. Added the cord, ex-large eyelets and layered it on the blue bayou base.
Edited--I just found out that the original card was done by ChristineCreations and that it was in the March Fan Club Gallery. This means that I broke a rule about casing a card from that gallery and I feel really bad about that! Here's the link to her gorgeous card, which you can view if you're a member--it's totally worth it! Seashell Treasures by ChristineCreations at Splitcoaststampers
