What I'm looking for...my stinkin' glue dots. I spent more time looking for glue dots than I did making this card, and I can't find 'em anywhere--I finally stuck the bow on with a teeny bit of sticky strip. I can't imagine that I would have brought vellum tape that doesn't work right and I somehow forgot to pack my glue dots when we moved to Japan. Maybe I should look under my bed...that's where I found the credit card I lost three weeks ago. Of course, we'd already canceled the card and ordered a new one, but at least it wasn't stolen...
Anyway, I like this combo. I colored in the flower with ink from ink pad lids, keeping it really light. Needed a birthday card and now I've got one. And I've got that U2 song stuck in my head...my dad used to sing that to me when I was a kid. I had a *really* messy closet and he'd tease that I was looking for the floor in there and couldn't find it.

This has a very eastern effect... the clean lines, the crisp white, the dp, the floral treatment, the kind sentiment.
Very sweet, TFS!
Good luck finding your dots I lost my stampin' mist, ordered more, and then found it. Then I lost my aqua painters, spent a ton of time looking for them, but I found them. And I haven't moved across the world!

This is so incredulously gorgeous, Christy! It definitely has that 'wow' factor going on here! Your colors are so warm and soft, and your coloring is drop dead gorgeous. Oh, what a winner in my book. If this is what you can create while looking for glue dots, I hope you never find those things! Who needs 'em when you came create cards like this!
