Well.. I had so much fun with my first flap card, I thought I'd try another! This is the card I started with last time, but when I got the focal point finished it was too big for this card- LOL! So I laid it aside and made a bigger card base. I saw it still laying there and felt bad for it :( so I thought since my last flap card was a guy card, I would make this one girly. The doodling along the top of the card was already there, I just vamped it up some by added dotts in the points and doodling along the edge of the flap. I used the same diamond fold template to do the design along the edge of the pink layer using a white gel pen. I added the orange and white flowers with an orange polka dot brad in the centers (Why is it I love polka dots so much??) Stamped happy birthday from paper trey ink's shapes by design set in tempting turquoise. I then had the dilemma again of how to keep the flap closed. This time I used my cropodile to place 2 eyelets on the flap, and 2 in the panel below the flap, threaded through some cute oange checked ribbon and tied a bow. Hope you like it! Thanks for looking.
