Well, four days ago, her husband had a brain aneurysm and the prognosis isn't very good. They are in their early 30's and have a 4 yo DS and the baby. I left off the sentiment on this card, because nothing seemed right. I will just write something on the inside. Udpate: We lost Bret this Saturday, he is in a better place now. Thoughts and prayers for his family are welcome.
I changed the stamp set, colors and used brads. The French Script is embossed in gold and the center of the flower has gold stickles. You can't see in the pic, but the burgundy pieces is stamped with Sanded BG. I hope this card will let Kim know I am praying for her and her husband.

Aaawww . . . I'm so sorry for the reasoning behind this card! I'll pray that God watches over their little family and guides them down the path he has for them. Your card is gorgeous and I'm sure it will mean a lot to them coming from you!!! Beautiful job! (such a bitter sweet time right now) {sigh}

What a wonderful card for such a sad reason. I am sure your friendship will help ease her pain. We all need someone to lean on. If you think they would like to receive cards from stranger...please let me know and I will get one in the mail.

So sorry to hear of the reason for your card. The right words are hard to find during such a difficult time. Prayers to your friend and her family.
