With the mandated state assessment (known as MAP in Missouri) quickly approaching, my friend Joan (co-building test coordinator) designed the above magnetic bookmark. We like to ease stress as much as possible this time of the school year so we always try to make it fun and relaxing by making something for the teachers. Yesterday we got together at her house to do a little stress relief ourselves to make the bookmarks. They were fast, quick and look pretty darn cute! WeÂ’ll give them to the teachers at our MAP manual trainings this week. Needless to say we are looking forward to our spring break the next week. Thanks Joan for being the creator and being my inspiration!
So Saffron square is 2 inches by 2 inches. The black cardstock is cut 2 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches. Score at 2 and 5/8 inches so you have a little lip to pull apart. Magnets are glued to the inside.
